Education tracks for students
Are you a student interested to discover the world of robotics? Check out the opportunities below.
As a student, there are mutiple ways in which you can become part of robotics on the TU Delft Campus. We collaborate with educational programmes like the Minor Robotics and Master’s Robotics at the TU Delft, and the Minor Robotics at the Haagse Hogeschool. Or connect with fellow student robotics afficionados at the RSA or Asimov associations, or during one of our monthly Robocafé’s (every last Friday of the month).
Before you dive into the list below, see fellow students in action in the Minor Robotics Demo Day 2025 After Movie! Or view the projects from the Minor Robotics 2024-2025 cohort.
Minor Robotics
This is your opportunity to develop a robot from scratch within 5 months. The Minor Robotics is an educational program for third year BSc students of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering from TU Delft. Teams from all these disciplines work together on building a robot for an actual project client, such as for example Alliander, Deltares, Accell Group, odd.bot or Heineken.
Each Minor team works at RoboHouse during the program. The minor takes place from September till January and we end with a Demo Day which is also hosted by RoboHouse on the TU Delft Campus.
Each year, some projects grow on to becoming a start-up!

Master's Robotics
Are you the robot engineer of the future? TU Delft also offers a Master’s degree programme. Students in the Master’s Robotics develop a wide range of skills at the intersection of mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence, systems integration, business administration and personal development, alongside the ‘normal’ technical skills. RoboHouse is also home to Asimov, the offical study association for this MSc.

RSA
Can’t wait to be part of the robotics universe? RoboHouse is also the home of the RSA (Robotics Student Association). Next to being part of our monthly Robocafé, they organise workshops, or even a hackathon. You can join them regardless of your background; whether you are TUD, HBO or MBO, or whether you have any prior experience in robotics or not.

Hands-on robotics programme by The Hague University
In this award-winning international programme on TU Delft Campus, students of The Hague University of Applied Sciences build state-of-the-art automation prototypes for the industry. During the programme, students work with existing robots. Have a project case for an existing robotic innovation? Contact Astrid van der Niet, or read more about the programme below.
