We offer different robotics innovation tracks depending on your need. Get to know our services.
Action track
Explore whether robotics can help solve your operational challenge. Supported by RoboHouse experts, this program helps organizations assess whether robotics is a suitable solution for a predefined use-case or opportunity. The focus is on fast validation, practical insights, and clear next steps.
“A practical innovation track designed to help organizations take the first step in exploring robotics and automation opportunities.”

What you get:
- Guidance from experienced RoboHouse experts
- Exploration of robotics solutions for your specific use-case
- Initial insight into suitable robotics approaches
- One set of experiments and validation activities
- Concrete recommendations and follow-up steps
Program details:
- Duration: 3 to 4 months
- Investment: Get in touch for a cost estimation
Innovation track
Explore how robotics can improve and transform operational processes. Together with RoboHouse experts, organizations investigate where robotics can create value within existing operations. The program starts from a defined problem area and focuses on identifying practical and scalable robotics opportunities.
“A comprehensive innovation track for organizations looking to explore and validate robotics opportunities before implementation.”

What you get:
- A detailed robotics use-case definition
- Involvement of relevant employees and stakeholders
- Multiple robotics concepts explored and validated
- Two rounds of experiments and testing
- Concrete recommendations and implementation next steps
Program details:
- Duration: 6 to 8 months
- Investment: Get in touch for a cost estimation
Minor Robotics
Explore whether robotics can solve a technical challenge. The Minor Robotics program connects organizations with multidisciplinary student teams from TU Delft and/or ROC Mondriaan to develop and validate innovative robotics solutions. Working on a clearly defined technical problem and solution direction, the team develops a working proof of concept within a short timeframe.
“A fast and accessible way to explore robotics innovation while collaborating with the next generation of technical talent.”

What you get:
- A dedicated team of 5–6 students
- Collaboration with TU Delft and/or ROC Mondriaan talent
- Exploration and validation of a robotics solution
- A working proof-of-concept prototype
- Access to emerging technical talent
Program details:
- Duration: 5 months
- Investment: Get in touch for a cost estimation
Robotics Hackathon
Generate fresh ideas for your technical challenge. The Robotics Hackathon brings together 40–50 students from TU Delft and universities of applied sciences to work intensively on a defined engineering or design challenge. In just a few days, teams develop creative concepts and early-stage prototypes that can serve as starting points for further development.
“An energetic and efficient way to generate new robotics ideas, explore solution directions, and engage with future engineering talent.”

What you get:
- Access to 40–50 talented students
- Multiple innovative concepts and prototype ideas
- Creative solutions for a defined technical challenge
- A fast-paced collaborative innovation environment
- Opportunities to connect with emerging talent
Program details:
- Duration: 2 to 3 days
- Investment: Get in touch for a cost estimation
